SMS text message terms

Program name: DH Construction Services LLC Text Updates.

Program description: DH Construction Services LLC sends customer care text messages to customers who requested an estimate or booked a consultation on dhconstructionsa.com and opted in, and to our active clients who opted in.

Messages you may receive:

• A confirmation after you send a request or book a visit on our website.
• Consultation reminders.
• A notice that your estimate was emailed to you.
• Project schedule updates.
• A request for a Google review after your job is completed.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you opt in: by checking the optional, unchecked text message box on our estimate request form, in the pop-up shown when you click Book a Visit, or on our text updates page, after entering your mobile number. Agreeing to texts is not required to request an estimate or book a visit. The first text we send after you opt in confirms your sign-up and tells you how to get help or opt out.

Message frequency varies.

Reply HELP for help. You can also call (210) 636-8408 or email office@dhconstructionsa.com.

Reply STOP to opt out. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, CANCEL, REVOKE or OPTOUT. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

Our texting number is not monitored for conversations, so to reach us, call (210) 636-8408. If you ask us to stop texting you in any other way, such as a reply in your own words, a call to (210) 636-8408 or an email to office@dhconstructionsa.com, we will treat it as an opt-out.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell them for marketing.

Other websites. Links to other sites, such as our Google booking page, are provided for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty for the website. The site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be error-free or always online. Warranties for our construction work are the ones in your signed project agreement, not this page.

Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, DH Construction Services LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
