Who we are
This Privacy Policy covers DH Construction Services LLC ("DH Construction," "we," "us"), a home remodeling and custom cabinetry contractor in San Antonio, Texas. It explains what information we collect when you visit dhconstructionsa.com, request an estimate, book a visit or sign up for text messages, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Information we collect
When you request an estimate. Our estimate form asks for your name, email address and phone number. You can also tell us your project type, timeline, budget range, project details, how you prefer to be contacted and how you heard about us. If you check the text message box, we also record that you agreed, the date and time, and the exact wording you agreed to.
When you book a visit. Our booking page is a Google Calendar appointment page. It asks for your name, email address, phone number, the project address, what you need help with and how you heard about us, and Google's privacy policy also applies to that page. Before it opens, our site offers an optional pop-up where you can leave your mobile number and agree to text messages. You can skip it and still book.
When you sign up for text updates. We record your mobile number, the date and time you agreed, where you signed up and the exact consent wording shown to you.
When you call, text or email us. We keep what you tell us so we can help with your project.
Automatically, when you use the site. We use Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technology to collect information such as the pages you visit, how you reached our site, your device and browser type, and your general location based on your IP address. Our website host and our spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile, used on the estimate form; see the Turnstile privacy policy) may also process your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and block automated submissions.
How we use your information
- To answer your request, schedule and hold your consultation, and prepare your estimate.
- To plan, schedule and complete your project, and to handle warranty work afterward.
- To send the text messages you agreed to, and to honor opt-out requests.
- To ask for a review after your project is finished.
- To understand how people use our website so we can improve it.
- To prevent spam and misuse of our forms.
- To keep the business, tax and legal records we are required to keep.
Text messages (SMS)
If you agree to receive text messages from DH Construction Services LLC, we use your mobile number only to send the messages described in our SMS Terms: confirmations, appointment reminders, estimate notices, project schedule updates and a review request. We do not send marketing texts.
Mobile numbers and text message consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the sharing categories described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out at any time. Agreeing to texts is never required to request an estimate or book a visit.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including your project, warranty and the business, tax and legal records we are required to keep. We keep a record of your text message consent and any opt-out for as long as we may text you, and afterward as proof of what you agreed to.
How we protect information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, such as access-controlled accounts and encrypted connections. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages.
- Contact us to ask what information we have about you, or to correct or delete it. Some records we must keep, such as contracts, invoices, tax records, and a record of your text message consent and any opt-out, so we never text a number that asked us to stop.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser, or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on above.
Children
Our website and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 gave us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Other websites
Our site links to other sites, such as our Google booking page, Google reviews and Facebook. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.

We run DH Construction's own pages on networks such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest, sometimes through those networks' developer tools. Through them we publish our own posts and see the comments, reactions and messages people leave on our pages, with the name and profile details the network shows alongside them. We use this only to manage our pages and reply to you. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or combine it with our text message records. We do not use these tools to sign you in or to access your own account. We keep it only as long as we need it to respond, and never longer than the network's terms allow. To ask us to delete information we received this way, contact us below and we will delete it promptly. Each network's own privacy policy also applies.
